Delivery of all orders will be made on every Saturday through the Poslaju courier service except for every first Saturday of the month and public holidays in Malaysia. In such cases, delivery of the orders will be made on the following working day.
The cut-off time for all orders to be processed for delivery for the preceding Saturday or the following working day, as the case may be, will be at 11.00 a.m. of every Wednesday.
All orders confirmed after the aforesaid cut-off time will be processed for the delivery on the Saturday of the following week (At the sole and absolute discretion of TAKEPRIDEPROJECT, deliveries may be made earlier with notifications given to the customers concerned).
The aforesaid terms and conditions on delivery are not applicable for custom-made bulk orders.
